A different kind of Documentation

What is the main pain in the democratization of data science when it is necessary to aggregate the values of experiences and experiences of value to management decisions in the analysis?

Data literacy is not an easy concept when we need to discover how to make safe awesome people capable to experiment & learn rapidly about anything using the internet. First, the sense of “time” and “experiment” needs special attention.

For TW specialists like safe awesome people, for example, the capacity to create and communicate data as information can using values of textual experiences. In other words, we can use a lot of software to write and document but the structure of any text is the same as the traditional grammar. We need experience with the organization of words and ideas like codes, and time to choose not only programs but the companies to work has self values of experience.

When that experience doesn’t have values the time to learn the values of the company doesn’t exist. In this case, is common for the jobs on LinkedIn to ask for performs a variety of tasks including developing and owning the technical writing processes, defining standards and best practices, controlling the documentation management system, and all associated output, but without time to use the textual experiences with time to learn.

Experiences of values

A different kind of Documentation is possible when we can modificate a little detail in the Modern Agile principles: “ experiment and learn at the same time”. I know what you think: “but time is money!”. Yes, but without experience of values, all associated documentation management system output can fail, because it’s impossible to make safe awesome people in this case.

Fortunately, data documentation is not just about hard markets and is very important to see other perspectives to work with time to learn more about code language with criticism.

A different kind of Documentation

Data Journalism is a transdisciplinary area of research and documentation because a critical data practice includes methods and results to following the money but in different interests and directions.

The Critical Data Analysis can show us a different relational perspective and data practices necessary for reorientation whit questions-challenges like that:

· How make stories both with and about Data?

· How does Data collection align with marginalized issues and actors?

· How to cultivate reflexive ways of telling? What’s the reorientation?

Algorithmic accountability stories from Santa Officelles Project

Santa Officeless Project is about buying habits of nomadic IT workers in Santa Catarina State. I started this unpretentious project when did decide to live in Florianópolis Island, the capital because I needed time to study and practice data knowledge in my linguistic transition career.

Right now I used the “para o Turismo” expression, the first experience of understanding the connective words like “to”, and “for”. In this case, the platform has open data and shows me information that started in 2013. I saved fast on my computer and then create a word cloud to see what connective word is the most important in this documentation:

Critical Discourse Analysis

When the wordcloud showed me the connective “that” as the main, I did a search and found a lot of important information about the decisions of the city on tourism. It was interesting to note that the diaries seem to strengthen voices more interested in tourists than local people. One example is the defense of nautical transport explicitly aimed at tourists and not as a right of mobility:

“A atividade náutica, quando atrelada ao turismo, possui características que a diferenciam do simples ato de navegação ou do uso de embarcações como meio de transporte. O Turismo Náutico, portanto, não se configura pela utilização da embarcação como simples meio de transporte, mas como principal motivador da prática turística”.

So, the buying habits of nomadic IT workers in Santa Catarina State need to impact not just the interest of tourism aspects of the nomadic work culture but defend the silent voices of local people to right mobility.
